Final stages of Richmond-San Rafael Bridge bike, pedestrian path underway

Crews have entered the final stages of construction for a bicycle and pedestrian path on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge that will debut some time this fall. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports the $20 million route is the first of it's kind between Marin and the East Bay.
