Traffic nightmare averted: Caldecott Tunnel to remain open during PG&E outage

A traffic nightmare was averted on Tuesday as Caltrans officials and PG&E cooperated to keep both the Caldecott and Tom Lantos tunnels open. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports generators will be in place to keep traffic flowing after the threat of closures due to PG&E power shutoffs.
