Push to close SF 850 Bryant St. Jail; no plans to house 300 plus inmates

San Francisco Mayor London Breed wants inmates from the jail at 850 Bryant Street moved by 2021, but there are questions as to whether that is a feasible deadline. The building has been known to be seismically unsafe since the 1990s.
