Kincade Fire containment improves ahead of wind's return

The latest wind event headed for the Bay Area will be weaker than what we saw over the weekend, but is still enough to do more damage to the growing Kincade Fire in Sonoma County. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports from Windsor where the winds calmed on Monday and firefighters saw improvement in containing the wildfire.
