Restoring utilities in the town of Windsor

The long and difficult task of restoring utilities in the North Bay is nearing completion with some people having been without power and gas for more than a week. KTVU's Tom Vacar reports from Windsor, where Pacific Gas and Electric crews are helping people relight their pilot lights.
