Plan to tax vacant San Francisco storefronts revived

A member of San Francisco's Board of Supervisors is reviving a plan that aims to reduce the number of vacant storefronts. KTVU's Christien Kafton reports landlords in the city's commercial districts could face a tax if they refuse to rent their properties.
