About 1,000 people aboard the Grand Princess cruise ship, which docked in Oakland on Monday, are from California. Those who don?t have symptoms of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) will be taken to Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield or Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego.
