Sean Monterrosa’s family left unsatisfied by video of fatal Vallejo police shooting

The family of Sean Monterrosa is not satisfied with the Vallejo police video that shows the night of Sean's death. The vantage point captured by police and released on Wednesday does not show Monterrosa being shot nor does it show him prior to the shooting.
