Hairstylists continue protests, pleas to Newsom to allow them to reopen

Out of sheer desperation, many hair salon owners and stylists continue to protest the restrictions that have kept many of their shops closed since March. Some are saying they don't think they can hold on much longer. They say either it's time to reopen or time to give them some financial aid.
