San Francisco barbershops, gyms, hair and nail salons open indoors with limitations

San Francisco opened indoor barbershops, hair and nail salons and gyms on Monday with COVID-19 mask requirements and for gyms, a limitation of 10% capacity. Some in the hair industry said many of their clients had not received a haircut since before the pandemic lockdowns.
