Thousands without power, but improving conditions for parts of the Bay Area

PG&E customers in the midst of the latest public safety power shutoffs received some good news as the "all clear" was given to inspect power lines in portions of Alameda, Contra Costa and Santa Clara counties. This could expedite restoration of power.
