California's Prop. 16 asks voters to decide on affirmative action

California voters are being asked to decide on affirmative action in the election. Proposition 16 would end a ban on affirmative action in public employment, education and government contracting. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama has both sides of the argument as rallies were held in the Bay Area.
