The coronavirus pandemic is making homelessness worse around the country

California has over a quarter of the nations homeless population and New York is not far behind. It's a big problem that has been only made worse by the coronavirus pandemic. KTVU's Frank Mallicoat spoke with Homelessness expert Michael Fishler, President of the New York Central Park South Civic Association to get some ideas on what needs to be done to move forward on an issue that is plaguing every city in the US.
