Psychologist says our social media habits are stressing us out

Social media is around everyone these days, and that's not always beneficial to your mental health. KTVU's Frank Mallicoat speaks with Dr. Paula Durlofsky, author of "Stress of Social Media" and a psychologist in private practice in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Durlofsky explains why you should be setting boundries online, and how it's increasingly important for your mental well-being.
