Novato family's special ties to President Biden

Inauguration Day was somewhat bittersweet for one family in Novato. For the two women we met, their son and brother, based in Boston, was a legend in democratic politics. He had a special long-lasting friendship with President Joe Biden, but was claimed by COVID last year.
