Oakland's Rockridge repaving project thwarts plans for outdoor dining

Restaurant owners in Oakland's Rockridge neighborhood are being dealt another blow by a city road paving project that is blocking outdoor dining plans. KTVU's Amber Lee reports it could take up to three weeks for the project to be completed.
