Leak at Richmond Chevron refinery contained following a public health advisory

Bay Area Air Quality Management District inspectors at the scene of a leak that has now been contained at the Richmond Chevron refinery said 600 gallons of a petroleum and water mixture leaked into the bay. The cause is under investigation.
