Parklets proliferate from dozens to more than 2,000 in San Francisco

The director of the San Francisco's Shared Spaces Program says a lot of the red tape has been eliminated, streamlining the process for applying for outdoor dining. The city has seen a massive proliferation from a few dozen parklets, to more than 2,000 with 1,000 more in the pipeline.
