Pigs head, blood used in Santa Rosa vandalism case

A decapitated pig's head and blood were left at Santa Rosa home and other locations, apparently aimed at a police use-of-force expert who testified in court on behalf of Derek Chauvin. However, the expert no longer lives in the community.
