Bay Area diners aren't pleased with new restaurant surcharges on their bill

Some restaurants in San Mateo and Burlingame have begun adding an extra surcharge to every customer's check. Restaurant owners are trying to keep up with a surge in food costs, and trouble retaining employees. KTVU's Amber Lee reports.
