Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill Wednesday to combat the type of organized crime affecting retailers as documented in several viral videos. Speaking from the Los Angeles area, the governor met with state and local leaders, including San Francisco Chief of Police Bill Scott and 13 California mayors.
