Benicia approves indoor mask mandate

The city of Benicia approved an indoor mask mandate on Tuesday, making it the only location in Solano County to have such a requirement. A comic shop owner tells KTVU's Debora Villalon it's a good thing to mirror the majority of the Bay Area and that children who are ineligible to get the vaccine come into her shop.
