East Bay special election results: no winner yet

Voters in Oakland and Alameda have not yet heard who won a special election yesterday to replace Rob Bonta, a former assemblymember who was appointed to become California's attorney general by Gov. Newsom. Bonta's wife, Mia Bonta, was considerred the frontrunner.
