Retired Bay Area firefighter recalls traveling to New York to help in 9/11 aftermath

A retired Menlo Park firefighter shares his story 20 years after traveling to New York City to help with the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He spent 18 days helping families find their loved ones.
