Neighbors suspect arson after 15 fires broke out in Healdsburg

Cal Fire crews are monitoring hot spots one night after 15 small vegetation fires broke out the night before in Healdsburg in just over the span of three hours. Neighbors suspect arson partly because winds weren't that strong and the fires were in one concentrated area. The fires are being investigated.
