Campbell man honored by police for thwarting potential mass shooter

A Campbell man hailed a hero, was recognized this week for his quick thinking. He tipped off law enforcement to a suspicious man who, upon search of his vehicle, may have had plans for a mass shooting and other nefarious activity.
