More North Bay communities affected by unplanned PG&E power outages

Saturday morning, residents noticed there was no power in Occidental. But there was also no fire danger. In fact there was drizzle. Residents say a new PG&E mechanism to prevent wires from sparking wildfires is too sensitive.
