California's unemployment claims rising at pace far greater than the nation's

There are millions of jobs available, but not a lot of people are biting. KTVU's Tom Vacar reports California has 30% of all the nation's new unemployment claims. Concerns over COVID remain, as well as affordable childcare and whether or not schools will stay open.
