1,500 beagles rescued from research facility | KTVU

More than 1,000 beagles from a Wisconsin breeding and research facility are getting a second chance at life. A rescue group purchased the dogs from Ridglan Farms. The facility agreed to give up its breeding license following allegations tied to improper procedures.
