Thousands in SF’s Richmond District to lose power overnight as PG&E completes repairs

14,000 Richmond District customers are expected to lose power just after midnight Tuesday as PG&E completes final testing and repairs following last month’s substation fire. It caused a widespread outage across San Francisco.
