SF Mayor Lurie advances new sober center

San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie signed new legislation on Tuesday advancing a program aimed at getting people addicted to drugs off the streets and connected to treatment. This legislation authorizes the sheriff's office to contract with an LLC to operate the so-called RESET center.
