Cooler pattern

The cooler pattern is here to stay!  We are expecting a big serving of low clouds Thursday morning.  Drizzle chances could be going up too.  The clouds will slowly clear to the bay and coast later in the day.  Highs should range from the low 60s to the low 80s.
