Hawaii tropical storm: Milpitas couple celebrating anniversary left without power on Maui

More than 200,000 people lost power across multiple Hawaiian Islands as Tropical Storm Lala brings torrential rain and winds. Micaela Lopez and Nick Westerband, of Milpitas, arrived on Maui over the weekend for their anniversary only to find their resort without power.
