Oakland pop-up restaurant owner pauses business after home break-in and sexual assault of  her 16-year-old son It happened  in Oakland while the business owner  was working as a patient coordinator at a hospital.  Phoeun Pen, owner of the popular "Kathiew House" pop-up, has temporarily closed her business to focus on her family's recovery.
