Santa Rosa teen overcoming obstacles, dreams of Olympic achievements

17-year-old Eric McDonell, a high-school swimmer in the North Bay, has his sights set on competing in the 2028 Paralympic Games in Los Angeles despite losing his leg in a horrific accident five years ago.
