Outlet store goods may differ from retail versions, study finds

As the cost of living rises, more shoppers are turning to outlet malls in search of deals on clothing, shoes and accessories. But a new investigation from the consumer watchdog Consumers’ Checkbook finds that many outlet stores may not offer the bargains shoppers expect.
