20-yr-old woman in critical condition after stunt driving incident

A 20-year-old woman is fighting for her life after being struck by a car driven by her boyfriend while he was doing donuts  in Vallejo on the night of July 4th.  Witnesses say he fled the  scene.  Police say they arrested him hours later.
