Walnut Creek street festival implements new entertainment zone

On Wednesday evening, the Locust Street Festival in downtown became  the first event to utilize Walnut Creek's new entertainment zone initiative so restaurants and bars can sell alcohol outside for people to enjoy outdoors within the designated festival area.
