Congressman's surprise ICE facility inspection reveals problems

Congressman Josh Harder on Wednesday conducted a surprise inspection of an ICE facility in Stockton. Harder said his office had received hundreds of calls form constituents since Harder last inspected the facility in January. Multiple vehicles with no license plates or with plates obscured were seen leaving the facility.
