New affordable housing project breaks ground in San Francisco

A new housing development is coming to San Francisco's Mission District called "Marvel in the Mission." Sam Moss and Marcia Contreras, executive directors of the project, joined KTVU to talk about the groundbreaking ceremony recently held, marking the first phase of construction on the project.
