18-year-old shot and killed in cap & gown, just after H.S. graduation

The mayor of Fairfield told KTVU the 18-year-old who was shot and killed Wednesday night was still in his cap and gown after just graduating from Sem Yeto Continuation High School that shares a campus with Fairfield High School.
