Brace for traffic delays: Carquinez Bridge and US 101 construction projects

Work begins Friday night on the Carquinez Bridge, which will see a stretch of the bridge shut down for the weekend starting Friday night. A portion of U.S. Highway 101 in San Francisco will also see repair work that starts Friday and lasts through the weekend.
