Race tightens in California Governor's race with new Becerra surge

The race for the California governor's seat is tightening with just two weeks before early voting and mail-in ballots are set to go out to voters.Democrat  Xavier Becerra is seeing a surge in the latest surveys of likely voters, after the exit of Betty Yee and former Congressman Eric Swalwell.
