Man arrested on arson charge for Spokane County, Wash. wildfires

Law enforcement in Spokane County, Wash., arrested a 37-year-old man on Monday who they suspected of starting one of three fires  over the weekend. Aaron F. Farinacci was charged with one count of first-degree arson, according to the sheriff.
