AG Bonta files lawsuit over EPA failure to implement soot standards

California Attorney General Rob Bonta on Friday announced that he had filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration over the Trump administration's failure to implement soot standards. Bonta is leading a coalition of state attorneys general, and the lawsuit states the standards are required under the 2024 clean air act.
