Suspect charged in random stabbing spree in Oakland that killed man

Jose Jesus Rodriguez, 34, was charged by Alameda County prosecutors with murder, attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon in a spree of random stabbings in Oakland's Fruitvale neighborhood.
