Iran drone threat in California?

There are concerns of security in the State of California amid reports that the state could be targeted by drones at the direction of Iran. Homeland Security expert and former Marine Intelligence Officer Hal Kempfer on the reported FBI memo that said hypothetical targets were unspecified.
