Oakland celebrates Juneteenth

The fourth annual 'Hella Juneteenth' festival kicked off on Friday, in Prescott Market in Oakland. The event commemorates the end of slavery in the United States, two years after the passage of the 13th amendment. The event features music, food, merchandise and activities.
