US: Clock ticking for Iran to reopen Strait of Hormuz

After several delays, President Donald Trump has issued an ultimatum for Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz, calling it his final offer. Trump gave Iran until 5 p.m. to comply or a "whole civilization will die tonight."
