Clean Slate Program connects people with legal services

An outreach program in Marin County is giving people with past criminal convictions an opportunity to seal or expunge their criminal records, with the help of pop-up events that connect them with county representatives. KTVU sat down with Marin County officials to talk about the Clean Slate Program.
